Return Eligibility
- Unopened Products: Full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery
- Opened Products: We cannot accept returns of opened CBD products due to health and safety regulations
- Damaged or Defective Products: Full refund or replacement if reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Gummies
- Oils
- Himalayan Mineral Bombs
- Any consumable products
How to Initiate a Return
If your product qualifies for a return, please email us at info@thrivnine.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Photos if claiming damage or defect
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions or to resolve your concern.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, etc.).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear on your statement
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please indicate this when contacting us about your return. We'll work with you to ship the replacement product once we receive your return.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
